Shipping and return policies for The Diaphone

Shipping Info
We ship via USPS, either First Class or Priority, whichever makes more sense for the item being shipped. We are located in the US, so if you are not, expect a little extra time for your item to arrive.
Return Policy
If you receive any product that is damaged or otherwise unusable (unless you work for Pitchfork, in which case that's what we expect you to say about our CD), send a message to info@thediaphone.com. Let us know what you bought, how much you paid, what its deal was (your reason for returning it), and any other information you'd like to include (such as "You're the greatest band! Ever."). We'll get back to you and arrange a replacement or refund or something like that.
